John Richwine
As Managing Director of MarketPoint Associates, John brings more than 33 years of industry experience to his latest enterprise. Prior to embarking on his real estate career, John gained experience as a staff accountant in a public accounting firm. Since 1974 he has owned and successfully sold or merged multiple Michigan based businesses and has become a respected authority in commercial real estate and business brokerage. He has learned and developed many methods and processes for brokering businesses and real estate transactions. These methodologies and processes have maintained successful client and customer relationships over the years. And additionally, John has developed educational programs that have been offered to business brokers throughout the state of Michigan. |

In 2005, John renamed and updated his already flourished business and real estate brokerage business by opening MarketPoint Associates. And as of today, it continues providing brokering and counseling services to business owners and real estate investors.
John earned his BBA from Cleary University and has earned the prestigious commercial investment real estate designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) through the National Association of Realtors. He is an active member of the National Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute and has been State Director and President of the Michigan Business Brokers’ Association. From 1974 through 1982 John served as an elected Township Trustee and then Township Supervisor for Monroe Township, Michigan. Other civic activities have included the following: President of Monroe County Realtors, Treasurer of Ann Arbor Board of Realtors, officer of Michigan Chapter of CCIM and President of Huron Valley Lions Club.
Dennis DeLeo
As an Investment Real Estate Agent and Business Broker at Marketpoint Associates, Dennis specializes in business mergers and acquisitions and acts as a business intermediary. After receiving his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Marketing from Detroit Institute of Technology, Dennis began his career in management for the North American Automotive Operations Division (NAAO) of Ford Motor Company. While there, he specialized in supply chain management, research and qualification of prospective suppliers, as well as OEM production parts purchasing and negotiations internationally.
He received numerous recognitions and has been awarded the “Top Recruiter Sales Award”, for Management Recruiters International, the world’s largest contingency search firm. |

In 1987, he launched his own staffing and recruiting firm which quickly proved to be successful in the international market. For nearly 40 years, he has owned and managed several multi-family rental properties. Dennis is a member of Michigan Business Brokers Association.
Faramarz Farahanchi
Faramarz specializes in identifying Commercial Real Estate assets that will provide positive cash flow for his clients. Significantly, Faramarz has created several successful partnerships providing double digit ROI for investors. With extensive experience as a real estate investor and property manager of Commercial Properties and Student Housing in the City of Ann Arbor, Faramarz is a member of Washtenaw County Apartment Association and Commercial Board of Realtors. |

With BS and MS degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University, he has over 16 years as a Technical Expert in Vehicle Vibration at Ford Motor Company. In his automotive career, Faramarz mastered the principals of Optimization, Root Cause Analysis, and Effective Problem Solving using statistical tools (Six Sigma) for maximizing results. For more than seven years, Faramarz has applied these state of art methodologies in the area of Commercial Real Estate to identify income producing real estate assets and investment opportunities as well as optimize ROI for his clients.
Norman Foltz
Norman Foltz has had 26 years of experience operating a variety of restaurant concepts including neighborhood restaurant/pub, franchise fast food concept and night club with food operation.
Other business ownership entities were full-service car wash, building houses and land development. Past experience also includes 24 years of real estate sales and active participation with real estate investors. |

Nalla Fall
As a Market Analyst, Nalla provides research and financial analysis, bringing a strong accounting and finance background to MarketPoint Associates. He earned a BA in Economics from Michigan State University where he studied macroeconomics, international economics, econometrics, accounting and finance, gaining strong analytical and quantitative analysis skills including designing financial models to forecast financial growth.
He attended Wall Street seminars developing technical skills, including M&A Deal structuring. Since 2008, he has provided accounting and financial services to small businesses as owner of FallBookkeeping, maintaining client relationships and providing an array of services, including reconciliations, depreciations, financial statement analysis, auditing, organizing client’s financial data, and liaising with CPA’s. Nalla is fluent in French and Spanish. He lives with his family in Ann Arbor, Michigan. |
