John Richwine
As Managing Director of MarketPoint Associates, John brings more than 33 years of industry experience to his latest enterprise. Prior to embarking on his real estate career, John gained experience as a staff accountant in a public accounting firm. Since 1974 he has owned and successfully sold or merged multiple Michigan based businesses and has become a respected authority in commercial real estate and business brokerage. He has learned and developed many methods and processes for brokering businesses and real estate transactions. These methodologies and processes have maintained successful client and customer relationships over the years. And additionally, John has developed educational programs that have been offered to business brokers throughout the state of Michigan. |

In 2005, John renamed and updated his already flourished business and real estate brokerage business by opening MarketPoint Associates. And as of today, it continues providing brokering and counseling services to business owners and real estate investors.
John earned his BBA from Cleary University and has earned the prestigious commercial investment real estate designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) through the National Association of Realtors. He is an active member of the National Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute and has been State Director and President of the Michigan Business Brokers’ Association. From 1974 through 1982 John served as an elected Township Trustee and then Township Supervisor for Monroe Township, Michigan. Other civic activities have included the following: President of Monroe County Realtors, Treasurer of Ann Arbor Board of Realtors, officer of Michigan Chapter of CCIM and President of Huron Valley Lions Club.
Wendell Brandt
Wendell has over 20 years of executive level experience in sales and business development, engineering, operations, and finance. His diverse experience and specialized background in the North American Automotive industry, includes project management, consultation and contract negotiations. Wendell also has six years experience of commercial planning and real estate development and management under his belt. Throughout his career, he has consistently developed successful, strong business relationships and mergers for small to medium sized companies.
Wendell earned a bachelor degree in Business Administration at Western Michigan University, and an Automotive Marketing degree at Northwood Institute. |

As a licensed realtor and business broker at MarketPoint, Wendell brings to his clients a depth of knowledge that most independent agents can’t offer. His expertise is providing great negotiation strategy whether you are selling or buying a business. Wendell is a member of Michigan Business Brokers Association and values community involvement and participates in various business networking groups.
Dennis DeLeo
As an Investment Real Estate Agent and Business Broker at Marketpoint Associates, Dennis specializes in business mergers and acquisitions and acts as a business intermediary. After receiving his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Marketing from Detroit Institute of Technology, Dennis began his career in management for the North American Automotive Operations Division (NAAO) of Ford Motor Company. While there, he specialized in supply chain management, research and qualification of prospective suppliers, as well as OEM production parts purchasing and negotiations internationally.
He received numerous recognitions and has been awarded the “Top Recruiter Sales Award”, for Management Recruiters International, the world’s largest contingency search firm. |

In 1987, he launched his own staffing and recruiting firm which quickly proved to be successful in the international market. For nearly 40 years, he has owned and managed several multi-family rental properties. Dennis is a member of Michigan Business Brokers Association.
Douglas Nadeau
Douglas Nadeau has been a business broker for 37 years. He received his training with Ditzik Associates of Detroit, an accomplished business brokerage covering five surrounding states.
Doug acquired the successful Ryan Realty business brokerage firm and, with five sales agents, moved the company to Plymouth, Michigan. He was an early innovator in the franchise industry personally owning and operating several franchise businesses. His clients included Dominos, Coffee Beanery, Little Professor Book Centers and Manchu Wok. He developed two residential sub-divisions, one in the Chelsea, Michigan area, and one in the Manchester, Michigan area. He founded D. J. Nadeau Associates in 1977 specializing in the sale of businesses ranging up to five million dollars in revenue. Doug served on his local township tax review board.

Glen Toadvine
Joining MarketPoint in 2004, Glen brought with him nearly 35 years of manufacturing and top level management experience in the automotive industry. His automotive career focused on effective financial planning plus streamlined and cost effective operations procedures that contributed to overall financial growth and profit for various Tier One Automotive operations. Glen is a seasoned and pro-active leader who in the past, has enjoyed organizing team building programs and workshops for medium to large companies.
His solid knowledge and ability to research any industry to determine price points and trends in the marketplace is one of his strengths as an Investment Real Estate Agent and Business Broker. |

Michelle joined MarketPoint Associates to provide clients a comprehensive set of business services. With over 34 years of professional and management level experience in various industries, Michelle brings with her valuable knowledge in business disciplines. Michelle earned a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, and an Associates degree of Applied Science in Business Administration. She continually strives to understand current trends in the marketplace to provide expert comprehensive business brokerage and investment realtor services to all clients.
